The Nigerian Army yesterday vowed that its fire for fire operations against bandits would never stop until victory is achieved, saying that it will not spare any person found in aiding activities of bandits currently operating in the northwest zone of the country.
This was contained in a press statement signed and made available to newsmen in Gusau, Zamfara State capital by the deputy chief of Defense intelligence, Major General Gbolahan Oyefisobi.
“Nigerians are seriously lamenting the constant killings, rapes, kidnappings and other forms of criminality that manifest about us in the country,” he added.
“The military personnel and security operatives are not spared as some of them had paid the supreme price ”
General Oyefisobi said that both the military personnel and the security operatives have been trying their best to protect the entire country from banditry.
